I came to this location as it is the closest location to me and because they forgot one of my items in my order. I decided to come to the store for an item that was sold out online and customer service said there was no band tee urban outfitters pants jacket women that they could ship me another as they could no longer trace items after it was removed from the website.
To my surprise, I found the item at this Urban and my cashier was nice enough to price match it with the price that I had originally gotten online!

No one approaches you to ask if you need help on top of not knowing who is an employee vs. When it was my time to pay the girl looked at me from head to toe and then said I’m off someone else will help you.
She walked away and said something to her manager and off she went as I stood there waiting for the girl at the next cashier who was busy tagging clothes to assist with checking me out.
When she realized I was just standing there, she approached the cashier and continued to check me out.

Katy, one of the women’s managers, was really helpful. I picked out a very ugly sweater, but she took the time to look at a pic of my niece, and I left with a whole new outfit for her!
Katy also looked up some of my items online and got me a discount.

Had to exchange some jeans that were ordered online. They were friendly and ordered the correct size and shipped them to my house free of a second shipping charge, the way it should be.
